Installation Instructions

Step1:Check the parts when you open the box.

1.Make sure the packing box is in good condition

2.Take out the manual out of the box and read the precautions of the manual

3.Take out all parts

4.Confirm that all parts are not damaged according to the instructions

5.If you find damaged or lost items, please contact our after-sales mailbox

 

 

 

Step2:Installation of base

1.Precautions for reading the manual

2.Install the wheel, pay attention to the gesture of pressing the wheel

3.Install the cylinder and cylinder cover

 

 

Step3:Installation of tilt echanism and guide rail

1.Remove the all screws attached to the bottom

2.Installation of tilt mechanism.Pay attention to the direction of the tilt mechanism, turn the front sign on the mechanism in the direction of the guide.

3.Install the first screw into any hole and then install the second screw diagonally.Temporarily tighten all screws to about 80% and then tighten crosswise.

 

 

Step4:Installation of footrest

1.Remove the all screws attached to the bottom

2.Pay attention to the direction of the guide rail.Please face the horizontal ellipse forward

3.If the footrest can be fully inserted, pull out the footrest and tighten the guide rail screws

4.If the footrest can be partially inserted, loosen the screw on the guide rail and adjust the guide rail

5.After confirming the all screws tightened, install the rubber ring finally

 

 

Step5:Installation of reclining mechanism

1.Attach the cushion to the base

2.Remove the four reclining mechanism screws on both sides of the cushion.

3.Install the right angle adjuster.Temporarily tighten all screws to 80% and then tighten the screws.

4.Follow the same step on the left to install.

 

 

Step6:Install the backrest on the cushion

1.Unscrew the four screws on either side of the backrest.

2.Insert the backrest,screw on the right screw first.Temporarily tighten all screws to 80% and then tighten the screws.

3.Screw on the left screw.Temporarily tighten all screws to 80% and then tighten crosswise.

 

 

Step7:Installation of Side Cover

1.Install the right side cover first. Temporarily tighten all screws to 80% and then tighten the screws.

2. When installing the upper side cover. Please pay attention to the holes before tightening the screws and the cooperation of two hands

3. Install the remaining two side covers as in the second step.

 

 

Step8:Installation of armrests

1. Remove the four armrest screws on the both sides of the seat cushion and backrest.

2. Insert the two armrests and tighten the screws.Attach the lid to the screw hole to complete the all installation steps.
